- (As the opening credits roll, Mandark laughs his signature laugh)
- (Fade to Mandark's house; several birds are heard chirping to the tune of his laugh; zoom in, then fade to an alarm clock that reads "7:59 AM" on it; just after, it reads "8:00 AM" and buzzes to Mandark's laugh)
- (Mandark, who is seen in bed, wakes up)
- Mandark: Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha! Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha!
- (Mandark goes to the bathroom yawning to his laugh)
- (In the bathroom, Mandark turns a valve and water comes out of the shower; it then shows him brushing his armpit then his bottom to the tune of his laugh)
- (After showering, Mandark pulls on two socks, combs his hair, puts on his shoes, combs his hair once, adjusts his tie, and puts his glasses on, all to the tune of his laugh)
- (Mandark then heads downstairs to the kitchen; cut to a cereal box; it opens and pours cereal into a bowl, with a carton of milk following; the cereal then pops to Mandark's laugh)
- (Mandark scoops some cereal with a spoon and eats it)
- Mandark: Chew chew chew. Chew chew-chew chew-chew.
- (He swallows, then eats some more cereal)
- Mandark: Chew chew chew. Chew chew-ch.... (gasps)
- (He starts choking to his laugh, then falls on the floor coughing to his laugh)
- (Back in the bathroom, Mandark picks up his toothbrush and brushes his teeth to his laugh)
- (Afterwards, he runs to his bedroom door and slows down; he looks at the keypad then taps on it to his laugh twice; when activated, Mandark is suddenly sent to his lab wearing his signature robe; he then rides a chair to his computer)
- (At the computer, Mandark taps the buttons to his laugh twice; on the screen, a raygun-like weapon is shown; Mandark then pulls several levers to his laugh)
- (An energy particle forms, then explodes to reveal the raygun; Mandark grabs it)
- Mandark: Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha! Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha!
- (While continuing to perform his signature laugh, Mandark runs out of the laboratory and down to the foyer; there, Oceanbird looks at him angrily, arms crossed; she taps her foot twice to Mandark's laugh)
- (Saddened, Mandark goes to play the piano to his laugh; later, Mandark runs to his parents' van with Oceanbird getting in the driver's side; she starts the van up to Mandark's laugh then drives down the street)
- (Mandark is in the backseat, buckled up)
- Mandark: Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha!
- (He looks out the window continuing to perform his signature laugh; at the Dexter family house, Oceanbird pulls up; Mandark opens the backdoor)
- Mandark: Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha! Ha ha ha! Ha ha-ha ha-ha!
- (He gets out of the van with the raygun and goes to the front door; he knocks to his laugh, then grins)
- (There is no response; Mandark then looks at the garage door open; silhouettes of Dexter and Dad are seen in the family car, with the camera zooming in on Dexter; Dad drives off)
- (Realizing his plan failed, Mandark returns to the van crying to the tune of his laugh; Oceanbird drives off; iris cut to black)
