The Backwards Belt in action.
The Backwards Belt is a wearable device invented by Dexter that allows him to move and speak backwards at will. It only appeared in "Sdrawkcab".
The belt's ability is not just limited to the wearer's own body but every event and action that was performed right before activating the backwards setting, such as reversing the wearer's own time and gravity. For example, when he fell off a high platform and activated the belt, it caused him to rise back on to the platform, and when he ate a sandwich, he regurgitated the whole thing, but instead of remaining chewed up, it was restored to how it was before. When first turned on, it takes sometime before the wearer can regain control of himself and is able to control his backwards being.
