Dexter's Friends are three unnamed boys who sometimes play with Dexter. One has brown hair, the second has wavy black hair and yellow glasses, and the third has blond hair that covers his eyes.

Falcor/Dr. McBoy[]
The boy, whose real name is never revealed, is referred to as Falcor, the hawk-eyed woodsman in the episode "D & DD" and Dr. McBoy in the episode "Star Check Unconventional". He has short brown hair and blue eyes. In the episode, "D & DD," he wears a green hoodie to match his Monsters and Mazes character, "Falcor". In the episode, "Star Check Unconventional," he wears a blue Star Check shirt and black pants.
Macabros/Spork[]
The boy, whose real name is never revealed, is referred to as Macabros, the mysterious magician in the episode "D & DD" and Spork in the episode "Star Check Unconventional". He appears to be of Indian decent but his exact ethnicity is never revealed. He has black hair and a very nasally speaking voice. In the episode, "D & DD," he wears yellow sunglasses and a red jacket. In the episode, "Star Check Unconventional," he wears a blue Star Check shirt, black pants and a pair of fake pointed ears.
Valerian[]
The boy, whose real name is never revealed, is referred to as Valerian, the chivalrous paladin in the episode "D&DD," he does not appear in the episode "Star Check Unconventional". He has blond hair that covers his eyes and wears a gray sleeveless shirt with a large white star on the front. He also has a substantial stutter when he speaks.
