The Robber is, as his name implies, a robber-themed super-villain who can somehow turn his index fingers into pistols. He attempted to rob the bank, but Mom just threw him aside, assuming he was another customer who cut in line. This made him mad, but she sat him on a bench, and left him there after hearing that Dad was on his way home. It is unknown whether he was successful in his robbery or if the police were notified by Mom after she had left.
