Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (often referred to as Warner Bros. Pictures Inc., Warner Bros. or simply WB) is an American entertainment company headquartered in Burbank, California, and a division of AT&T's WarnerMedia. Originally founded in 1923, Warner Bros. is one of the "Big Five" major American film studios and a member of the Motion Picture Association; it also has operations in the television and video games industries.

Notable subsidiaries include film studios Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema, DC Films, and Castle Rock Entertainment; television production and syndicatino company Warner Bros. Television (WBTV); animation studios Warner Bros. Animation and Warner Animation Group; comic book publisher DC Entertainment; video game developer and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; television networks Cartoon Network and Turner Entertainment Company, and half of The CW Television Network (along with ViacomCBS). In addition, Warner Bros. has several theme parks operated by third-party companies.

Dexter's Laboratory is heavily connected to Warner Bros. The show originally aired on Cartoon Network, and its first season was distributed by Turner Entertainment Company; all seasons after were distributed by WBTV. Seasons 3-4 of Dexter's Laboratory were developed by Warner Bros. subsidiary Cartoon Network Studios. On October 12, 2010, The Complete First Season was released for Region 1 DVD players by subsidiary Warner Home Video. Finally, series creator Genndy Tartakovsky named Warner Bros. cartoons as one of his inspirations for Dexter's Laboratory's development.
